Add in some chocolate chips or granola for a sweet treat!
Mush Overnight Oats
It's no secret that we are big fans of overnight oats! Try Mush’s overnight oats. They cold-soak their oats in dairy-free milk for a ready-to-eat alternative to traditional oatmeal that is dairy and gluten free, non-GMO, and high fiber. They have seven or fewer ingredients in all their flavors, which are apple pie, coffee and coconut cream, dark chocolate, strawberry, vanilla bean, and wild blueberry. Plus, their oats contain at least 5g of protein!
If you haven’t tried biltong yet, you’re missing out. Though similar to jerky, biltong is from South Africa and is more flavorful and softer than jerky. Stryve’s sliced biltong has 16g of protein, zero additives, and 0g of sugar or carbs. They are keto-friendly, gluten, and dairy free (without sacrificing taste!).
